This is the only lawyers professional liability policy that carries the endorsement of the Nebraska State Bar Association.  Created specifically with the needs of Nebraska lawyers in mind, this plan provides coverage for negligence claims as a lawyer as well as activities as an arbitrator, mediator, fiduciary or notary public.

This policy is underwritten by Interstate Insurance Group and administered by Marsh Affinity Group Services, a service of Seabury & Smith, Inc.  It is one of the broadest policies available for lawyers professional liability coverage.
